Today I wanted to review you guys Taylor Swift's perfume called Wonderstruck. I'm not a big fan of Taylor Swift but you gotta admit it, she is a beautiful woman with a beautiful country voice. And her single 'We are never EVER getting back together' is also a very catchy song. But without further a do let's jump right into the review. So as you may already know Taylor's perfume launched in 2011 and all the fans INCLUDING me were really excited! Wonderstruck is named after the lyrics from the song 'Enchanted'. Before I buy a perfume I look at the packaging and the bottle itself and to be honest Taylor did a very good job. The bottle looks literally so gorgeous. The bottle has a chain with a bird, birdcage and a star attached to it. The perfume ad looks also gorgeous and can we just talk about Taylor's stunning hair and bold red lip color?
I think Taylor looks absolutely stunning and the ad literally makes me want to buy this fragrance!
I live in The Netherlands and Taylor's fragrance wasn't released here. But my cousin in Germany told me that Taylor actually released her fragrance there..so I drove with my dad all the way to Berlin to buy the fragrance and let me tell you it was the best purchase I made! Like literally the first time I sprayed the perfume I just went 'Wonderstruck' and it was like heaven. Wonderstruck is a very sweet/floral scent. I normally go for floral scents (e.g Daisy eau so fresh by Marc Jacobs) but this fragrance actually changed my 'view' on sweet perfume scents!
The top notes are: freesia, green tea, blackberry, raspberry and apple blossom
The middle notes are: vanille, honeysuckle and hibiscus
The base notes are: musk, sandalwood, amber and last but not least PEACH
You guys may not know this but I love the smell of peach and that's probably the main reason why I like..no LOVE the scent! If you're a person who loves fruity/sweet scents I would totally recommend you buying this product! If you're more into the floral scents just like me I would give it a try cause if you don't try you'll never no. Lately I've also been getting a lot of compliments on the scent and I would personally wear this perfume during the Winter time. The perfume lasts for like 7 hours so 2 sprays will do it. Cause you don't want people to smell you're perfume when you're miles away, that's a big turn off if you ask me.
